The BB Group, LLC was created in April 2017. The business is comprised of a collective of four professional women who observed the need for collaboration and partnership between mid-to senior-level women of color and corporate brands. The mission is to provide a positive, professional and social networking space for women of color.

The Bougie Brunch is more than a brunch. It offers guests the opportunity to interact with organizations seeking top-tier diverse talent. The event attracts top-tier women in their respective industries amassing an impressive social media reach and influence.
